Linda Lanelle Glidewell

December 16, 1940 - May 20, 2013

Linda Glidewell, 72 of Hico, TX passed away after her long battle with cancer. Linda was born in Mineral Wells, TX on Dec 16, 1940 to Viola and Joseph Hopkins. She is a member of the Church of Christ in Hico, TX. She worked for 27 years for the postal service then worked for Wal-Mart. Her Surviving kin are: husband, Billy Glidewell, 2 brothers and their wives Joe Donald and Patricia Hopkins and Marcus and Darlene Hopkins, several nieces and nephews four children Carlton Glidewell, Susan Novak, Nancy Mathisen and Beckie Rosenbaum; Four grandchildren Michael Mathisen, Matthew Mathisen, Ashley Gabbard and Amy Rosenbaum. She has one great-grandson Jason Gabbard. She had a kind soul and was willing to help anyone. She will be missed but never forgotten.
